SALISBURY MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE MANAGER
The Salisbury Municipal Golf Course is accepting applications for a clubhouse manager. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. The Clubhouse Manager serves as the single point of contact for overseeing the daily operation and activities of the Salisbury Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse. This includes recruiting, training, scheduling and managing staff to support the clubhouse in accordance with the direction of the Salisbury Municipal Golf Course Board of Directors and their designated liaison. It is essential that the Clubhouse Manager creates a safe and enjoyable environment for members and guests and ensures that the facility is well-maintained and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Clubhouse Manager must have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and an understanding of the hospitality industry. The Clubhouse Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records. They must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with members and vendors is essential.
