To obtain utilities (electric, water, sewer, & trash) from the City of Salisbury, an application for services must be completed and submitted accompanied by the appropriate meter deposit. A copy of Up-to-date identification such as a driver’s license and/or social security card is needed. All previously unpaid bills of any individual resident, or any owner or shareholder of a business must be paid in full before services will be connected.
Bills for utility services are processed and mailed toward the end of each month. Bills become delinquent after the 10th day of each month and shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) penalty if not paid. Disconnection day is the 25th of each month.
