The City of Salisbury is accepting sealed bids on the following properties:
- 408 S Weber Ave, Salisbury, MO
- 405 N Ave, Salisbury, MO
- 308 W 2nd, Salisbury, MO
Each property will be sold as is and each bid must describe the proposed use of the site including a timeframe for any planned improvements. Bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Salisbury City Hall, 128 W. Second St., Salisbury, MO 65281 and should be clearly marked “Real Estate Bid”.
